TIM FROST
Tim has worked in real estate since 2006. Prior to Zatera, he was a Managing Director at LaSalle Investment Management, where he was responsible for a number of their biggest clients.
Having managed the best performing portfolio in the UK market, Tim is proactive in identifying and acting on opportunities and risks to drive value on acquisitions, sales and the management of investments.
TOM ROSE
Working in real estate since 1998, Tom led LaSalle Investment Management’s European Separate Accounts team as a member of the European Management Board. He is an expert in the formation, management and sale of assets and multisector portfolios to deliver performance and sustainability targets.
His attention to detail, focus on governance and communicative, inclusive approach fosters collaboration and an environment where the whole team thrives.
